Tomorrow, the Saveurs Gstaad series returns to Wasserngrat with a special guest: Sascha Spring, Switzerland's youngest Michelin-starred chef, will present a gourmet lunch with the best view in town!

Awarded his first Michelin star in 2025 and holding 16 GaultMillau points, Spring is head chef of Centric Dining at Hotel Seepark Thun. For his appearance in Gstaad, he has created a multi-course menu combining the Asian-Nordic influences of his restaurant with regional ingredients and alpine flavours.

The day begins with the ascent to Wasserngrat at 11.30 am, followed by an aperitif and Spring's menu, accompanied by wines selected by Terravigna. DJ Paolo Meli will provide music from the 1980s and 1990s, with the descent available from 3.30 pm.

Tickets cost CHF 290 per person and include the mountain railway journey, an aperitif, a menu, wine accompaniment, and other drinks. A limited number of places are still available.
