Once a month, Restaurant Müli at Hotel Gstaaderhof invites guests to leave the Alps behind for a few hours and embark on a culinary journey through Asia. On the last Sunday of every month, the new Asian Brunch brings together authentic flavours, vibrant colours and the joy of sharing good food.

Created by Head Chef Elvedin Odobasic, the brunch is a true passion project inspired by his travels and his family. "Asian cuisine is incredibly diverse and full of fresh flavours," he says. "What I love most is the balance between sweet, sour, spicy, salty and umami. Because my wife is from Singapore, Asian food has become a natural part of our family life, and we cook Asian dishes at home almost every day. Creating an Asian Brunch was a wonderful opportunity to share this passion with our guests."

Guests can enjoy an extensive buffet featuring a wide selection of hot and cold Asian specialities, from delicate dim sum and fresh seafood to aromatic curries, crisp salads and authentic classics from across the continent. Live cooking stations complete the experience, filling the restaurant with the irresistible aromas of freshly prepared dishes.

When asked about his personal favourite, Elvedin smiles: "That is probably the most difficult question! I especially enjoy our dim sum because they represent the tradition of sharing different flavours around the table. For me, the buffet is all about trying a little bit of everything rather than choosing just one favourite."

The Asian Brunch has quickly become a favourite among locals and visitors alike. "It is much more than a meal," Elvedin explains. "It's a culinary journey across Asia.
