The Ermitage Wellness & Spa Hotel in Schönried has a new director: Christian Zinn officially stepped into the role last month.

Zinn, 44, brings many years of leadership experience from both Swiss and international hospitality. His previous positions include senior roles at the Hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide, the Waldhotel in Arosa, and the Hotel Saratz in Pontresina. Schönried is now the next chapter.

Known as a host who leads with heart and hands-on dedication, Zinn says he is motivated by creating memorable experiences for guests. He also places strong emphasis on supporting and training young talent in the industry.
“The Ermitage is a house full of character, warmth and tradition,” he says. “I’m excited to work with the team to continue its story and bring fresh ideas to the table.”

Sebastian Moser, General Director of the Beatus and Ermitage hotels, welcomes the appointment and highlights Zinn’s passion and experience as “a perfect fit” for the Ermitage moving forward.
