Nestled in the heart of Rougemont, Dooly’s is more than a bakery, it’s to become a vibrant local hub that blends quality, and a dash of Mediterranean flair. Housed in the former Maison du Portugal, Dooly’s honours its roots with a curated selection of Portuguese products, while expanding its offerings to include organic goods, local produce, and artisanal treats from across Europe. Partnering with Château-d’Oex’s beloved Clémentine Bakery, Dooly’s brings back fresh, high-quality baked goods to a community that missed them. Think flaky pastries, handmade crepes, fine cheeses, juices, and even Japanese matcha from Gstaad’s NewBY.
With a nod to Ottolenghi, Dooly’s plans to launch Lebanese takeaway, sandwiches, and catering, plus online ordering and delivery, soon. Plastic-free and proudly sustainable, it’s a brilliant gathering place for locals.
