Les Amis des Sommets Musicaux de Gstaad have long cultivated a more intimate side of classical music – one that privileges proximity, conversation, and shared experience over grand gestures. Their Gazette, launched earlier this year, offers a glimpse into this spirit: cultural escapades, behind-thescenes encounters, and a community bound by curiosity and listening rather than formality.

That ethos comes into particularly sharp focus with their upcoming concert Wine & Piano evening on Friday, 23 January 2026, at the Hôtel de Rougemont. Pianist Julien Gernay, equally attentive to sound and to taste, will guide guests through a programme in which piano repertoire and carefully selected wines unfold in dialogue.

The format is deliberately unhurried: a welcome at 18:00, followed by a concert and tasting, and concluding with a cocktail dinner shared with the artist.
