Last April, SarinaMed AG acquired Dr. Perreten’s medical practice and has successfully continued to provide care for its patients. The next step is now underway: the planned integration into the main practice in Saanen.

By consolidating locations, SarinaMed can offer patients a modern infrastructure, more efficient care with shorter waiting times, and better appointment availability.

From Monday, 1 September 2025, the practice at Suterstrasse 1 in Gstaad will be merged into the SarinaMed group practice at the former Saanen hospital. From this date on, all consultations take place in Saanen, where patients will continue to be cared for by their trusted physicians and medical assistants. When SarinaMed took over the Gstaad practice, Dr. med. Rolf Zundel and Dr. Oana Manzanares assumed responsibility for patient care. Dr. Perreten’s long-standing medical assistants, Marina Grossenbacher and Judith Zeller, also remained and have been an essential part of the team. Going forward, they will join our team in Saanen.

Thanks to the positive development of patient care, the modernisation of systems and the digitalisation of records, the planned integration can move ahead. Concentrating services at the Saanen site will create synergies that optimise the use of resources and give patients access to state-of-the-art facilities such as an in-house laboratory, X-ray, and ultrasound.

What’s next for Gstaad?
Renovation work at Suterstrasse 1 will begin in September, when SarinaMed will be handing back the premises. A new provider will expand the regional healthcare offering with a focus on individualised diagnostics and holistic treatment methods. The emphasis will be on prevention and improving quality of life. More information will follow shortly from the new provider.
