Polish-born Kasia Domanska brings her luminous oil paintings to Hôtel Rougemont & Spa, under the auspices of Greg Podgorski Contemporary Art. Trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Domanska has exhibited worldwide – from the National Museum in Warsaw to Art Basel and Miami contexts. Her canvases celebrate the ephemeral beauty of life – sunlight, vibrant hues, and the lingering bond between humanity and nature. Drawing on the techniques of Botticelli and Leonardo da Vinci, and the fresh vision of David Hockney, her work fuses Old Master craftsmanship with surreal realism and a pop-art sensibility. Through oil’s rich textures and dreamlike imagery, Domanska offers a vivid reminder of light’s power to reveal, uplift, and connect us to life’s fleeting, yet eternal moments.
