New role for Martin Bieri at Posthotel Rössli

As of 1 July, Martin Bieri has left The Mansard and taken on a new role at the Posthotel Rössli Gstaad. He now serves as Executive Chef and Head of Food & Beverage in a full-time position.

“We’ll be giving the traditional establishment a fresh culinary update while staying true to its roots,” Bieri explains. The kitchen team will focus on a carefully curated selection of dishes, combining classic Saanenland recipes with modern preparation techniques. “Our top priority is the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients,” he adds.
