We are very happy to share the news that the story of FRAUTSCHI will continue.

From 1 July 2025, the business will be taken over by Isabelle and Beat “Bidu” Fritz. The young and dedicated couple brings new inspiration, energy and passion. FRAUTSCHI is beginning a new chapter, carried forward by long-standing values and the same strong team.

After more than 70 years as a family business, this is a moving moment for us. What started as a small service in Hans’ childhood home has grown into a leading specialist shop in the Swiss sports retail sector, thanks to all of you.

A heartfelt thank you
To our customers, for your decades of loyalty, trust and the many inspiring encounters. Many of these relationships have grown over generations and given our work real meaning.

To our employees, for your commitment, expertise and enthusiasm. Without you, FRAUTSCHI would not be what it is today.

Even after the handover, Hans will continue to be involved with the company in a smaller capacity. As an advisor and specialist in foot and shoe matters, he will continue to support the new management and the team with his knowledge and experience.

We wish Isabelle and Bidu all the best on their path ahead. May they bring the same sense of quality, service, passion for sport and love for fashion to many people, just as we have experienced over the years. We are confident that, under their care, both long-standing and new customers will continue to feel well-advised and welcome at FRAUTSCHI. Thank you for everything. It is not easy to put into words what it means for us to take over FRAUTSCHI. This shop is much more than just a fashion and sports business. It is a small world filled with passion, expertise and human warmth.

We are incredibly grateful to Bea and Hans for placing their trust in us. What they have built together with the Frautschi family is impressive, and we are touched by how much passion and dedication has gone into every detail.

We step into big shoes with respect, but also with great joy and motivation to continue this story. In our own way, but always with the essence of what FRAUTSCHI stands for: closeness to people, a love of sport, and the determination to do things well.
