Hotel Alpenland – Yak ravioli
In Lauenen Chef Silvio Wieland mixes regional and local products and infuses them with a touch of international flavours. His signature dish is his yak ravioli with meat from local cattle, that spent the summer up at 2000 metres by the Geltenhütte. This winter, fondue fans can once again enjoy the Fondue-Hüttli right next to the hotel. The Séparée, as it's called can also be rented exclusively for private events.
