This true métiers d’art is inspired by pocket watches once designed by the founder of the Maison in 1860, Louis-Ulysse Chopard. Rewarded by the prestigious hallmark, the Poinçon de Genève, the L.U.C Quattro Spirit 25 displays the time on a pure white dial, gentlydomed that reflects light: entirely produced in-house by the Manufacture’s enamelling artisans. The hours appear through an aperture positioned at 6 o’clock. While reminiscent of old pocket watch dials, like Tsar Nicolas II’s own Chopard, the large minute hand brings to mind the chic interwar years of this self-portrait. Embrace the understated elegance of aesthetes and aristocrats: you’re never fully dressed without it.
