Crepe lovers rejoice -- Château-d’Oex has you covered

Ever since the beloved crêperie in Gstaad closed its doors a few years back, local crêpe enthusiasts have been left with a crêpe-shaped hole in their hearts. But no longer. Since May, La Crêperie du Pays d’Enhaut in Château-d’Oex has been serving up golden, paper-thin perfection from its cosy spot at 57 Grand Rue.

The menu is a tribute to regional flavours, with savoury crêpes filled with L’Etivaz AOP or Fleurette de Rougemont, and sweet options that pair beautifully with a morning coffee or afternoon indulgence.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming – whether you’re stopping in for a weekday lunch, lingering over a weekend breakfast (served from 8:30), or satisfying a late-evening craving (the kitchen’s open until 22:00 daily).

For anyone who’s missed the simple joy of a well-made crêpe, this little spot in the heart of the Pays d’Enhaut is worth the trip.
