The Palace reveals its winter flavours

The Gstaad Palace opens the season with its newly revamped main restaurant Le Grand, offering everything from Alpine risotto to a Simmental Tomahawk, all served with the signature tableside flair.

Festive highlights include a classic Christmas Eve in the Lobby Bar, a Vintage Circus New Year’s Eve, and the return of the much-loved Seafood Brunch every Sunday in February. Mid-week mussels at Gildo’s and a champagne-paired Valentine’s Dinner complete the hotel’s winter calendar.

Miiro The Mansard opens winter with rooftop fondue & refined dining

Miiro The Mansard ushers in winter with two standout experiences: a rooftop fondue lounge with sweeping valley views – Gstaad’s only rooftop bar – and chef Tom Walter’s elegant seasonal menu downstairs, where regional flavours meet modern technique.

New Year’s Eve takes an 80s turn with a six-course dinner and DJ party, while art lovers can explore a new exhibition by young Swiss artist Jonas Wyssen (JW3), curated by Anna Högl from Studio Naegeli and displayed throughout the restaurant for the entire winter season.
