The former Hotel Christiania is being dismantled into its individual components. The (de)construction site is right next to the Coop in Gstaad. Wood, bricks and metal: everything is disposed of properly. The dusty excavator work is countered by the water jet that sprays the demolition site.

A new hotel with a roof terrace will be built on the site. Its name: The Mansard.
