A spray of diamonds

Graff’s floral brooch is an extraordinary piece of craftsmanship, featuring 63 carats of diamonds, including 17 carats of round pink diamonds.

Dating back to the early Bronze Age, brooches were originally worn as clasps to secure garments in place. Over time, they evolved to become elaborate jewels, adorned with gemstones that were celebrated for their individual beauty.

Graff’s floral brooch is the ideal example for this. There are perhaps no other stones in the world that possess the magnificent beauty of Fancy Pink diamonds and by contrasting them with pure white diamonds, their exquisite hue is enhanced and intensified.

Often labelled “nature’s muse”, flowers have been a source of creative inspiration since the beginning of time. Figurative floral designs are a specialty of Graff, including this spectacular brooch set with pink and white diamonds.

Inspired by the world of flora and fauna, the organic design of this unique brooch features an imaginary bloom with its stalks entwined. The centre is set en tremblant and incorporates tiny springs that enable movement so that its gentle petals tremble with each move of the wearer.

Showcasing an incredible 293 pink diamonds totalling 17 carats and an array of exquisite round, pear shape and marquise white diamonds, the intricacy and complexity of the design is demonstrated by the astonishing number of hours Graff’s master craftspeople spent perfecting it – an estimated 240.

The ultimate expression of femininity and romance – pink diamonds are among the world’s rarest gems.
