Tourism expert on the board of directors

Monika Bandi Tanner, a proven tourism expert, is a new member of the board of directors of Bergbahnen Destination Gstaad AG (BDG). The 38-year-old will bring a fresh and young perspective to the board of directors.

Following the resignation of Roland Zegg, there is room for a new member on the board of directors of BDG. Bandi Tanner is co-head of the Research Centre for Tourism (CRED-T), lecturer at the University of Bern and brings extensive knowledge in tourism, regional and experience economy, quality and innovation management as well as cooperation and sustainable development to the board of directors.

Through various research projects, her expert activities in tourism and numerous publications, Bandi Tanner has a profound know-how in tourism. She has recently become very familiar with the destination through the external project management of the development of the digital guest card.
