Back to regular timetable

  08.05.2020 Gstaad Living

The public transport companies have set themselves the task of gradually returning to their regular service while ensuring maximum safety for passengers and staff. After an initial increase in frequency on 27 April, MOB and MVR trains will be running according to the regular timetable again from 11 May.

The most important changes from Monday onwards concern the reintroduction of half-hourly services between Zweisimmen and Lenk during peak periods and the shuttle train service between Zweisimmen and Gstaad. The detailed timetable can be found in the digital timetable of SBB (online or smartphone app).

Tourist routes not yet in operation
The tourist sectors (Haut-de-Caux–Les Rochers-de-Naye, Lally–Les Pléiades, etc.) will not be in operation yet. Les Pléiades, the funicular Les Avant–Sonloup and the pyjama rides are also suspended until further notice.

Improved protection concept
The reintroduction of the usual offer will be accompanied by an improved protection concept that strictly adheres to the recommendations of the federal authorities. Accordingly, passengers are strongly advised to wear masks if the social distance of two metres cannot be maintained. The MOB and MVR will take all necessary measures to ensure maximum safety.
