Saanenland Sons Sweep Ski-Jumping Masters

  21.10.2017 Sports & Leisure

The two talented jumpers Dominik Peter and Sandro Hauswirth delivered a gripping duel during the championship, which is traditionally held before the winter season begins. Last year Zurich-based Peter had the upper hand, while last week Sandro scored higher in both power and landings, with a length of 110 metres.

Now the top athletes will follow further training on the ice in Oberstdorf before heading to Ruka, Finland, in preparation for the Olympic Games. Closer to home, end January will see the Junior World Championship in ski jumping held in nearby Kandersteg.
