Florian Aellen has had a good season, scoring fourth at a Ballenberg Wrestling event and second last week in an Emmental tournament.

Last weekend the 21-year-old had three victories and one match that ended in defeat. He defeated Dominik Zangger in the fifth match and then in a sensational sixth match against Damian Gehrig. With the impressive final score of five victories and one defeat, Florian Aellen came in in second place overall.

Like his older brother, 19-year-old Philip Aellen did well in the competition. With wins in two matches, he nearly won a wreath until he was defeated in the fifth and sixth matches.
