Wyss and Weibel pass on the ladle to Franz Faeh, who grew up in Gstaad and earned his first professional experinces during his apprenticeship in the Gstaad Palace. After a decade in Asia, Faeh returned to Switzerland and worked in various places until he returned to the Gstaad Palace in 2015.
