He is currently working for an exhibition in Cologne, which will start on October 26, and will include a series of up to 22 paintings under the theme “Feu Sacré”. The paintings (some of which seem to have a slightly Rothko-esque feel) focus on the “vibration of colors”, in which the change of moods is reflected. Buchs also emphasizes the importance of structure in his pieces. According to Buchs, "If you have structure in life, you get through it easily.”
