Witnesses Sought for Gstaad Robbery

Last Friday night in Gstaad, unknown offenders broke into a boutique by rear-ending a car into the windows. They fled with merchandise in a getaway car, which was later found in Feutersoey. Police are now asking for witnesses to come forward.

At around 4:20 am on 10 November, the Bern cantonal police reported that a car drove into the entrance area of ​​a boutique on Palacestrasse. According to their findings, an unknown perpetrator steered a dark Audi with Freiburg registration plates into the entrance area of ​​the boutique. After driving off with the looted property, the getaway car was later found in Feutersoey, with visible damage at the rear. Clarifications showed that the vehicle in Freiburg had been reported stolen.

Despite an immediate search, the perpetrator was not found. Bern cantonal police have begun an investigation and are looking for witnesses. Anyone who has seen the dark Audi, or has observed suspicious activity, is requested to report it to the police at 033 227 61 11.
