Park Gstaad Gets New GM

Tue, 16. May. 2017

The experienced hotelier Stephan Post has been appointed the new general manager of Park Gstaad. Post will move from his current job as general manager at the Intercontinental Davos Hotel in Gstaad this summer.

"I am very pleased to be able to lead the team at Park Gstaad,” says Post. “I am looking forward to building on traditions and welcoming regular visitors like new customers of the Park Gstaad.”

Stephan Post will take over from current general manager Daniel J. Ziegler, who has been managing the hotel since September 2015 and is leaving the company. Ziegler, who would like to pursue other private and professional projects in the future, will hand over the alpine luxury resort to Post in the summer season. Under Daniel J. Ziegler, Park Gstaad saw one of the most successful winter seasons in 2016-2017. In addition, he oversaw the implementation of two new concepts for hotel restaurants, Chubut (2015) and Avenue Montagne (2016).
