Kids No Longer Ski Free

  04.12.2016 Sports & Leisure

This made the Saanenland a welcome choice for sporty yet budget-conscious families. Now, children up to nine years old must purchase a lift ticket at 31 francs; those up to age 20 will need to spend 47 francs for a day pass.

Complicating matters somewhat is the fact that most other bordering regions still maintain the under nine ski free policy, meaning the Saanenland slopes are an island of higher prices in a sea of less costly options. Softening the blow somewhat is the new, lower price of just 62 francs for an adult lift ticket for the day.
