On 20 July, the Tour de France will head to the Saanenland. It's the first Alpine stretch of the race and cyclists will have to climb 3769 m as well as descend 2375 m over a distance of 188.35 km as they ride through the region. Festivities will be held in Saanen, Gstaad, and Zweisimmen, where an official Tour de France village with events and music has been built.
