The concerned offices and nature organizations have been informed about the project. It has been pre-financed by the Hornberg Alpine Cooperative and privately by Ueli Thoenen, president of the Hornberg Alpine Cooperative--one of the initiators of the development plan. The plan would focus on a larger storage lake, trend sports, and a hotel village.
