In attendance were representatives of 35 ski clubs and the four regional service centres (RLZ). At the event, 22 athletes were honoured for their services and three people for merit.

Ski Club Gstaad has been a member of the BOSV since its early days, along with Ski Clubs Grindelwald and Adelboden. The Saanenland was represented by Ski Club Saanen President Beat Mösching, who offered the group new winter tyres for the BOSV ski buses.

Later on there was a panel discussion with top athletes Nathalie von Siebenthal as well as the former World Cup winners Mike von Grünigen and Bruno Kernen (Reutigen). Von Siebenthal mentioned her future hopes of attending the 2018 Olympic games in Korea.

A raffle was held with a large prize draw with a total value of CHF 72,000, with along with live music was the perfect close to the organisation’s 100-year jubilee event.
