Hotel Valrose Blossoms in Rougemont

Six investors came together for the project, including John Grohe and his friend Edgard Bovier, renowned chef of the Lausanne Palace hotel. They bought the building four years ago and have spent a total of 10 million CHF restoring it (including the sales price), transforming it into a cosy alpine hotel with heart.
