Sorry but I don't believe this "award" is justified.
Cooking is less than average. Trout are fare from what you can expect in this wonderful lake place, Rösti is fatfull, the prices are not cheap and more I don't find the service very warm, just so so.
I have always be surprised of those kind of awards given by "nobody know them".
I remember a restaurant in UK with on his winner " Award Runner up of best Indian Restaurant"... The Academy was his grand mother etc Gordon Ramsay visting this place for Nightmare in Kitchen is still laughing. Anyway I do love have a coffee at Huus am Arnensee....
